  • Voor antibiotische behandeling van endocarditis met beta-hemolytische streptokokken (zoals S. agalactiae en S dysgalactiae) kunnen de adviezen voor vergroenende streptokokken worden gebruikt (zie bij kunstklep of natieve klep)
  • Uitgezonderd de 2 weken schema's

Overleg met endocarditis-team (internist-infectioloog of arts-microbioloog)
