Indications: Extrameningeale cryptokokkose (milde infecties)

Medication:

fluconazol po loading dose 800mg, 400mg 1dd 6 weeks to 12 months
Remarks:

Behandelduur 6 weken tot 12 maanden op geleide van de resolutie van infectie. 

NB altijd gedissemineerde cryptokokkose uitsluiten d.m.v. liquorpunctie en bloedkweken.
≥ 18 years

Indications: Extrameningeale cryptokokkose (ernstige infecties), Gedissemineerde cryptokokkose
