(Morbide) obesitas 
Bij patiënten met een totaal lichaamsgewicht ≥100 kg de intraveneuze dosering afkappen op een gewicht van 100 kg.
Bijv. totaal lichaamsgewicht ≥100 kg:

  • 3 mg/kg 1dd = 300 mg 1dd
  • 5 mg/kg 1dd = 500 mg 1dd
