General comments
Alternatieve behandeling: triclabendazol 10 mg/kg eenmalig met vette maaltijd. Triclabendazol is te verkrijgen via de apotheek van het Erasmus MC, het Amsterdam UMC locatie AMC of via Internationale Apotheek Venlo met artsenverklaring (levertijd: 7 – 10 dagen).
Veiligheid van praziquantel tijdens zwangerschap en bij kinderen <4 jaar onvoldoende onderzocht.
