General comments
Drainage (en kweek) overwegen, eventueel op geleide van echo/ CT.
* Tweemaal alleen amoxiclline zonder clavulaanzuur om te hoge clavulaanzuurspiegels te voorkomen.
De zes toedieningsmomenten zijn als volgt te verdelen: amoxi/clav - amoxi - amoxi/clav - amoxi/clav - amoxi - amoxi/clav.
** Totale behandelduur en overgang naar orale therapie: in overleg met infectioloog/ arts-microbioloog (na klinische verbetering, adequate drainage en op basis van kweekuitslagen)
