Ongecompliceerde urineweginfectie: cystitis bij een verder gezonde, niet-zwangere, volwassen vrouw.
* Bij leveringsproblemen kan men overgaan op 50mg = capsule zonder gereguleerde afgifte (4dd doseren).
Fosfomycine-trometamol.
Dosering fosfomycine aangepast naar 1dd 3g (geen onderscheid in gewicht) in opdracht van CAM 1-8-2022
