General comments
Advies: behandeling osteomyelitis in overleg met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog.
Bij goede klinische response en minimaal 1 week na laatste debridement switch van intraveneuze therapie naar oraal.
Totale therapieduur 4-6 weken.
