	Medication: ciprofloxacine po 750mg 2dd	Remarks: IV/PO switch naar ciprofloxacine indien gevoelig gemeten

Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime.

Totale behandelduur 4-6 weken.
