General comments

Spiegelbepalingen (TDM)
Spiegelbepaling van cefiderocol is niet mogelijk. Er is geen bepalingsmethode beschikbaar in het UMCG (UMCG bepalingenwijzer; eveneens landelijk geen bepalingsmethode beschikbaar volgens de NVKFAZ bepalingenwijzer).

(Morbide) obesitas
Er zijn geen gegevens over het doseren van cefiderocol bij patiënten met obesitas. Er wordt vooralsnog geen dosisaanpassing geadviseerd.

ECLS/ECMO
De farmacokinetiek van cefiderocol lijkt niet significant te veranderen door ECMO. 

Verminderde leverfunctie
De dosis hoeft niet te worden aangepast bij patiënten met een leverfunctiestoornis.
