  • Bij IgE-gemedieerd (type I) of Stevens-Johnson syndroom / TEN: overleg met internist-infectioloog/arts-microbioloog.

General comments

Bij fulminante abcederende necrotiserende Staphylococcus aureus pneumonie: overleg met arts-microbioloog of internist-infectioloog over uitbreiden van de antibiotische therapie t.b.v. toxineremming (zie referenties).

Totale behandelduur 7-14 dagen, afhankelijk van klinische respons.
