  • bij fluconazol-resistentie (en bewezen gevoeligheid voor voriconazol)

General comments

  • Indien van toepassing: geïnfecteerd CZS kunstmateriaal (b.v. drains, neurostimulator) dient verwijderd of vervangen te worden. Interne drains externaliseren.
  • Totale therapie duur in overleg met internist-infectioloog / arts-microbioloog.
  • ^Flucytosine en voriconazol standaard en fluconazol bij voorkeur doseren op geleide van Therapeutic Drug Monitoring; zie TDM flucytosine, TDM voriconazol en TDM fluconazol.
