Remarks:

Oppervlakkig ulcus (met infectie)
Medication:

clindamycine po 600mg 3dd 10 to 14 days

+

ciprofloxacine po 750mg 2dd 10 to 14 days
Remarks:

Diep ulcus met infectie

  • Indien po behandeling met ciprofloxacine en clindamycine niet mogelijk is: ciprofloxacine iv 400mg 3dd en clindamycine iv 600mg 3dd.
Medication:

piperacilline/tazobactam iv loading dose 4500mg, 16000mg continuous per 24 hours
Remarks:

Ernstige systemische verschijnselen (aanpassen aan kweek)

  • Indien continue infusie niet mogelijk is: 4dd 4000/500 mg (toedienen in 3 uur).
≥ 18 years
