General comments
* Indien ernstige pneumonie (CURB-score 3,4,5) waarvoor iv therapie: totale behandelduur 7 dagen.
Indien minder ernstig ziektebeeld (CURB-score 0,1,2) waarvoor orale therapie: behandelduur 5 dagen.
** Bij penicillineallergie:
Azitromycine of doxycycline: bij bewezen gevoeligheid. Wanneer vanaf dag 1 oraal behandeld kan worden en de gevoeligheid van de pneumokok nog niet bekend is: moxifloxacine po 400mg 1dd.
