UMCG remarks Step down na initiële behandeling ≥5 dagen met echinocandine: bij klinische verbetering, hemodynamisch gestabiliseerde patiënten, drainage van alle geïnfecteerde foci en aangetoonde fluconazolgevoeligheid. Niet bij C. glabrata, C. krusei, of bij patiënten met intravasculaire of prothese-geassocieerde candidiasis. |
