Remarks:
Ceftazidim: evt. oplaaddosis 2000mg, gevolgd door 6000mg/24u continue infusie. Linezolid toediening in principe per os. Indien patiënt niet oraal belastbaar is, kan IV worden gegeven. Behandeling gedurende ten minste 2 dagen en tot 24h na het sluiten van de oogbol. Therapie topicaal:

Remarks:

General comments
Indien besloten wordt om verwijdering van i.o.c.a. niet acuut uit te voeren, maar op het regulaire programma te plannen, is profylaxe met intravitreale (vancomycine + ceftazidim) of intraveneuze antibiotica geïndiceerd: ceftazidim IV + linezolid po/IV (doseringen als bovenstaand).
