	Medication: ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 2dd 1 day + ceftriaxon iv 2000 1dd + metronidazol iv 500 3dd	Remarks: Zie sepsis e.c.i. voor eventuele aanvullende therapie ter verbreding van het antimicrobiële spectrum. Bij goede orale belastbaarheid kan metronidazol po worden gegeven (voor de tablet geldt dezelfde dosering als iv, suspensie 3dd 750 mg i.v.m. lagere biologische beschikbaarheid).

Totale behandelduur 10-14 dagen.

Overweeg i.v. --> orale switch vanaf dag 2 in overleg met internist-infectioloog of arts-microbioloog
